Abstract
This Act establishes the Ghana Tourist Control Authority, defines its functions and powers, provides with respect to the administration of the Authority and related matters.
The Authority shall, among other things, formulate policy and coordinate activities on tourism; regulate and control of the tourist industry; and register and classify tourist facilities.
