Abstract
This Act provides for the requirement to gain the Kimberley Process Certificate for export of rough diamonds in addition to the issued license under the Minerals and Mining Law 1986. The text provides for the application for the Kimberley Certificate, its issue and form, export and import report, packaging rough diamonds, record keeping, suspension and cancellation of license, and offences. The text consists of 10 Articles and 4 Schedules on application form, certificate form, and export and import reports.
