Abstract
This Decree provides rules for the stipulation and execution of a mortgage and defines the effects of a mortgage and relative rights and duties of mortgagors and mortgagees.
The rules of this Decree shall govern all mortgages. A mortgage may be created in any interest in movable property which is alienable. The Schedules to this Decree specify implied covenants and model precedents for the form of a mortgage.
