Abstract
This Act establishes the Petroleum Commission, for the regulation and the management of the utilisation of petroleum resources and to co-ordinate the policies in relation to them. The Act provides for functions of the Commission, appointment of members and meetings, funds of the Commission, tax exemption, annual report, compliance and decisions of the Commission. The Act consists of 24 Articles divided into 4 Sections as Petroleum Commission, Administration, Finance of the Commission and Miscellaneous Provisions. One Schedule is attached to the Act.
