Abstract
This Act seeks to protect the Ghanaian market and consumers from unfair competition practices. such as causing confusion with respect to another's enterprise or its activities, damaging another person's goodwill or reputation, misleading the public, and Unfair competition in respect of national and international obligations. A person who is damaged or considers that he is likely to be damaged by an act of unfair competition may recur to civil remedies as prescribed by this Act. The Minister may by legislative instrument make Regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
