Abstract
This Decree provides for the protection of public land from unlawful deeds, occupation, trespass or other illegal encroachment or interference.
The Decree prescribes penalties for unlawful sale or occupation of public land and provides for the ejection of trespassers. The Decree further defines “public land” and defines responsibility for offences committed by legal juristic persons.
