Abstract
This Act makes provision for the public control on the sale, importation and exportation of seeds of plant varieties.
No person shall trade in seeds without approval from the Minister or if the seeds trade do not meet the prescribed standard or are not packaged or labelled in the prescribed manner. Other provisions of this Act concern, among other things, sampling and analysis, inspection, measures of enforcement and regulation-making powers of the Minister.
