Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Ghana standards Board as a corporate body. The Board shall promulgate standards and promote standardization in Ghana. Detailed functions are outlined in section 3. The Board may also make rules not inconsistent with this Decree for any or all purposes listed in section 9. Section 21 specifies offences and prescribes penalties. (26 sections)
