Abstract
This Act amends the Timber Resources Management Act 1997 with respect to the granting of timber rights, duration and maximum size of area of a timber right, disqualification of rights for involvement in illegal timber operations and benefits and incentives for a person who invests in any forestry or wildlife enterprise.
