Agreement between the Government of the Republic of The Gambia and the Federation of Japan Tuna Fisheries Co-operative Associations and the Japan Far Seas Purse Seine Fishing Association on Fishing Activities in the Waters of the Republic of The Gambia.

This Agreement regulates the application and granting of licences for fishing by Japanese vessels within the 200 mile waters of The Gambia; prescibes requirements with respect to fishing operations, reporting, marking of vessels statement of catch; and provides for the resolution of disputes.
