Abstract
This Act, divided into 41 chapters, establishes a Code of Criminal Law. The Act details crimes, penalties and compensation. Relevant crimes include: corruption and bribery; offences relating to judicial proceedings; nuisances and offences against health and convenience; negligent act likely to spread infection of diseases dangerous to life; adulteration of food or drink intended for sale; sale of noxious food or drink; adulteration and sale of adulterated drugs and medical preparation; fouling air and water; danger or obstruction in public way or line of navigation; offences relating to property, including stealing of cattle, gelding, ass, camel, mare, mule, ostrich, bull, cow, ox, ram, ewe, goat and pig; fraudulent dealing with minerals; criminal trespass upon property; injuring animals; arson and setting fires to crops and growing plants; communicating infectious diseases to animals.
