Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2024.

These Regulations, made under Section 106 of the Fisheries Act, provide for amending the Fisheries Regulations. Amendments concern: replacing terms and definitions concerning semi-industrial vessels, amount of the special fisheries fund, and the limit of the restricted areas for fisheries conservation measures; substitution of licence fees for foreign and local fishing vessels, according to the species of fish, shrimps and cephalopods.
