Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Industrial Property Act with respect a wide variety of matters. All applications and processes under these Regulations shall be made in the prescribed forms set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations. The Regulations provide with respect to, among other things, the classification of patents, industrial designs, application for registration, etc.
