Abstract
Section 11 of the principal Act is amended so as to redefine the categories of persons to whom no prospecting right shall be granted. No prospecting right shall be granted to a person who is unable to prove to satisfaction of the Inspector of Mines that he is sufficiently acquainted with the provisions of this Act so as to be able to comply with the requirements thereof. Another amendment of section 11 concerns the financial resources of the applicant for a prospecting right.
