Abstract
These Guidelines, implementing provisions of the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2011, apply to producers of primary production, food processors, distributors, retailers, restaurant, information related companies, organisation and industrial associations of prospective companies and individuals who plan to introduce food traceability system, by including fundamentals and procedures. The Guidelines concern: definition of traceability; international standards and guidelines; food identification; scope and type of traceability; traceability plan; labelling.
