Abstract
These Regulations provide for certain matters relating to nature reserves and for hunting in general and the hunting of specified birds. No person shall enter or leave a national reserve elsewhere than at an approved exit or entrance except with a permission of the Director or an authorized officer (reg. 3). Regulation 6 specifies acts prohibited in a reserve. The Director or an authorized officer in charge may issue orders, notices and directions, either orally or in writing for the purposes of ensuring that the provisions of the Act or the Regulations are complied with or for the protection of fauna and flora. The second part of these Regulations deals with licences for hunting, the use of hunting gear and specifies species of animals which may either be hunted or are protected animals. The regulations are completed by 4 Schedules.
