Arrest of two accused in flagrante delicto (one more was on the run) of detention and trade of birds without commercial capture certificate and nesting permits. A civil action was attached to the proceedings because these acts were contrary to the department's desire to sustainably manage and conserve the wildlife heritage. They were sentenced.
