Abstract
With this Agreement, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Economy of the Republic of Poland (Contracting Parties), desiring to develop and to promote economic, scientific and technical cooperation in the field of agriculture and food economy, have agreed to facilitate and encourage direct business, economic, scientific and technical contacts in the field of agriculture and food economy between economic subjects, research institutes and other organizations and administrative units in agriculture and food economy within their competencies and according to legal regulations obligatory in each of the Contracting Parties.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the latest of the diplomatic notes by which the Contracting Parties notify each other that their internal legal requirements for enforcing and activating the Agreement have been complied (article 6).
Notes
On behalf of the Greek government the Agreement was ratified with Law No. 2389/1996. The Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
