Abstract
This Ministerial Decision, made in application of Article 20 of the Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council no. 396/2005, and implementing provisions of the Law no. 4036 of 2012, determines processing coefficients for the calculation of the Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) of plant protection products in processed products of plant origin and animal feed of plant origin, and in those products in which there may be residues of plant protection products, in order to grant the control of the conformity of these products on the market and their risk assessment for the consumer. The Decision specifies criteria for the determination of coefficients; examination of applications for the purpose of determining rates.
