This Decision establishes the Compilation of a National List of Plant Protection Products containing Macro-organisms and authorization for the preparation of Plant Protection Products containing Macro-organisms. Competent authorities for the evaluation of interested parties' applications for inclusion in the national list of plant protection products containing macro-organisms are designated. The competent authorities for monitoring the application of the provisions of this Decision shall be designated. This Decision is without prejudice to other international, EU or national provisions on plant protection. A National List of Plant Protection Preparations Containing Macro-organisms (ESMPs) shall be compiled, in accordance with Annex I, to be maintained at the Plant Protection Directorate (IPPC) designated as the National Coordination Authority (PCA) by article 3 of Law No. 4036/2012. The following information for each formulation is given in the ESMP: a) Trade name of the preparation; b) Macro-organism (Family, Genus, Species); c) Enemy of the crop (House, Genus, Species); d) The crop for which it is intended; e) Company that distributes the preparation; f. YFAAT registration number.
