Greek Council of State 4265/2015 [Delimitation of foreshore and beach limits in Laganas Bay]

If the new land area has been created, as a whole, before the year 1884 and in the area of the old foreshore, there are exist rights of distribution and possession for individuals, this area cannot be determined borderline of the old foreshore and create in this way an area of public domain.
