Greek Council of State 801/2016 [Cessation of storing gas bottles in retreading extinguishers unit]

Before bringing a case for annulment against the decision, which ordered the temporary closure and the recalling of the installation license  the authorization of the disputed gas bottle storage activity, the court had already held a judgment, by which imposed the definitive total shutdown of the activity.
