Greek Council of State 804/2016 [Illegal demolition order of industrial buildings outside non-forest land]

The disputed area is not forested in all aerial photographs of the years 1937, 1938, 1945, 1962 and 1978, with the exception of two forest divisions within which however it is not revealed neither indeed shown that there existed buildings of the respondent company. Against this background, the court  decision is correct and the assertions to the contrary must be rejected as unfounded.
