Greek Council of State 813/2016 [Special compensation for arbitrary building in forest area]

Issuance of a special compensation protocol is not excluded for a period exceeding three months. For a period more thatn three months, the compensation requirement is lifted if the accused accepts to voluntarily demolish the unauthorized construction, even after the adoption of the Protocol, because in this case the person is exempt from payment of the special compensation in any amount it has risen.
