Abstract
This Joint Ministerial Decision amends the Management Plan for fishing methods used for mackerel (Spicara smaris) and bogue (Boops boops) in specific areas of Greek territory. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings establishing new competent authorities. The management plan shall apply for three years from the entry into force of the derogation, until 31 March 2020, taking into account the prohibition on fishing referred to in Article 7 (3).
