Abstract
This Ministerial Decision amends the provisions of the Ministerial Decision no. 67467/3577 of 2018, in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2024/299 of 27 October 2023 amending Directive (EU) 2016/2284 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the methodology for reporting on projected emissions of certain atmospheric pollutants, in order to align it with the reporting rules provided for in the 1979 Convention of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (LRTAP Convention). Amendments concern: requirements for reporting emissions.
