Abstract
For the purposes of harmonizing the provisions of Law No. 1650/86 with Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and Council Directive 97/11/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, this law replaces article 3 (categories of works and activities), article 4 (approval of environmental terms) and article 5 (content and public access to information regarding environmental impact Studies). This law also sets forth the procedure for basin delimitation of non-navigable rivers and provides for other matters connected thereto.
