Law no. 4568 of 2018. Matters of waterways, urban road transport and other provisions.

This Law, consisting of 62 articles, applies to all waterways concerning public and private aviation, public roads and related infrastructures. The Law defines the following relevant terms: permission for the construction of facilities and infrastructures on watercourses, and allowing the operation and exploitation of the watercourses; water area for landing and dewatering aircraft; port administration. Matters covered by this Law include: waterways investment financing; conditions for issuing a watercourse operating permit; technical data and information required, including drafting of an emergency Plan; watercourse commission and inspection; watercourse operating fees; public transport of passengers; contracts for services concerning urban road transport.
