Abstract
According to this legislative Decree the precondition for placing agricultural chemicals and veterinary drugs on the market is to hold a license which authorize the marketing of such substances. The Decree prescribes the requirements for license’s issuance, validity (five years renewable) and conditions for withdrawal. The packaging standards applying to agricultural chemicals are also set forth.
