Abstract
The purpose of this Decision is to adopt additional measures for the implementation of Articles 31 to 38 and 48, 49 of Reg. (EU) 2018/273 and Articles 22, 23 and 32 of Reg. ( ) 2018/274 on production, processing, marketing and stock declarations. The competent authorities for the implementation of this Decision shall be: 1. The Department of Vine, Wine and Alcoholic Beverages of the Directorate for Food Utilization and Food Technology of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food (Ministry of Agriculture) responsible for the management, monitoring and control of the wine sector. It is also responsible for the proper observance of the GIS, the Registry of Vineyards, the control of the proper submission of mandatory declarations of the wine sector, through the enhanced digital services associated with, and the monitoring of, technical support from the Departments of Rural Economy and Veterinary Medicine (IACS), as well as through the provision of tactics.
2. The Directorate of E-Government of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food is responsible for: a) operation of the developed digital services; b) improve the operation of digital services, by implementing the requests and proposals and incorporating results sent by the Department of Vine, Wine and Spirits; etc. 3. The Directorates of Rural Economy and Veterinary/Rural Economics (IACS/IAC) of the relevant Regional Units shall be responsible for implementing the applicable national and EU legislation and for carrying out audits of those who are required to submit them. 4. The Regional Centers for Plant Protection and Quality Control (CIF and PE) are designated as the coordinating authority for the conduct of audits under this Code for DAMC/D.A.

This Decision repeals: a) Ministerial Decision No. 3216/73174/30-06-2015 "Determining additional measures for the implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) 436/2009 as regards the mandatory declarations of production, processing, marketing and stocks of wine products, and the collection of data for monitoring the wine sector (B/1542) as amended by Ministerial Decision 3004/107005/31-07-2018 (B/3248). b) Articles 1 to 4 of Ministerial Decision No. 388052/08-08-2001 "Implementing Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2729/00 on detailed rules for implementing controls in the wine sector".
