Abstract
This Decision provides for the division of responsibilities of the competent authorities and official employees of the phytosanitary services, in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation (EU) no. 2017/625. The Decision concerns: designation of plant health officials to verify compliance with the phytosanitary legislation; official controls and inspection activities; phytosanitary measures during transport and shipment of plant products; procedures for supervision of official controls and other official activities.
