Abstract
This Ministerial Decision describes the necessary procedures and the technical details for establishing freshwater aquaculture units on private non-forest lands, according to the provisions of the Law no. 4282/2014; prescribes and specifies administrative sanctions and fines in case of misconduct in carrying out aquaculture activities and in case of arbitrary occupation of lake water areas.
