Abstract
This Ministerial Decision amends the Decision no.2261.4-3/36177/2023 of the Minister of Shipping and Island Policy concerning conditions and minimum requirements for the recognition and operation of private companies responding to marine pollution incidents. Amendment concerns the update of the compliance period provided for the completion of the procedure for issuing the certificate of legal conditions for the companies operating in the field of combating marine pollution.
