Abstract
This Decision, with the view of aligning the Greek legislative frame with EU Directive 2003/11/EC, amends Annex I of Presidential Order No. 445 relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations (pentabromodiphenyl ether, octabromodiphenyl ether). The new text of the aforementioned Annex is attached to this Decision.
