Ministerial Decision No. 434/82574 of 2014. Determination of the coefficients of the measurement criteria applied for the imposition of the administrative sanctions of article 23 of Law 4235/2014 in the fields of food, animal health and protection and the management of animal by-products and derived products thereof.

This Ministerial Decision implements article 23 of the Law no. 4235 of 2014, and thus defines the coefficients of the criteria for the imposition of administrative sanctions in the areas of food, animal health and protection, management of animal by-products and their derivative products. The Decision identifies the following criteria: risk level; level of business of the company, and number and type of animals bred or kept, including: small ruminants, equines, pigs, poultry and rabbits, molluscs and tunas; non-compliance situations of the enterprise under different sub-cases during an audit; quality level of sperm collectors and injectors, number of inseminations.
