Ministerial Decision No. 80568/4225/91 on Methods, Conditions and Restrictions for the use in agriculture of sludge from domestic and municipal waste water treatment.

Thiis Ministerial Decision establishes Methods, Conditions and Restrictions for the use in agriculture of sludge from domestic and municipal waste water treatment. In particular, it establishes the setting limit values, as follows: a) The limit values ​​for the concentration of heavy metals in the soils to be sludge are set out in Annex 1A to Article 12 of this Decision; b) The limit values ​​for the concentration of heavy metals in the sludge to be used in agriculture are set out in Annex IB to Article 12 of this Decision; c) The limit values ​​for the quantities of heavy metals which may be introduced annually on the arable land in the pastures and forest areas are set out in Annex 1C to Article 12 of this Decision.
