Ministerial Decision no. 838/51008 of 2019. Milk market control measures.

This Ministerial Decision determines: the necessary control measures to ensure fair commercial practices during the production, handling and marketing of milk, milk products and milk by-products; the procedure and method of payment, collection and return to the competent authority of the special levy on the imported milk. The Decision concerns: milk producers; companies or collective organisations that buys milk or dairy products for further processing into dairy products or milk-based desserts; procedure for granting an electronic approval code for producers and buyers of milk; issuance of specific permits and transport authorisation; obligations of buyers and producers of milk and milk products; controls of competent authorities; administrative sanctions and measures; procedure for imposing sanctions; collection of debts and fines.
