Ministerial Decision No. 955/115194/2022. Determination of the necessary additional measures for the implementation of the early harvest measure, in accordance with article 47 of Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013, for the financial year 2022.

This Decision, in accordance with article 47 of Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013, defines terms, conditions and procedures for the implementation of the early harvest measure of the wine sector support programme for the financial year 2022, the competent authorities, the beneficiaries, the application submission process, the evaluation, grading and classification process, the administrative controls, the approval process and the financial aid payment process. According to this Decision, early harvest means the total destruction or removal of grapes that have not yet ripened. The Decision applies the support programme with the aim of restoring balance between supply and demand in the wine market, in order to avoid a crisis in the market through the support of small and medium farms. The Decision specifies conditions and criteria for participating in the programme; designation of audit committee and appointment of inspectors.
