Ministerial Decree No. 1039/45100 establishing concession fees for rural immovable property.

Pursuant to paragraph 5, article 7 of Law 4061/2012 concerning the concession fee of rural immovable property (on a lower price as an incentive for certain categories of farmers) and provided the provisions of the same law (paragraph 5, article 7, Law 4061/2012) which authorize the Minister of Rural Development and Food to define the prices for the concession of rural immovable property for cultivation or pasture, this Decree establishes that the concession fee for cultivation of foodstuffs for human or animal consumption shall be fixed at 5 euro per acre; the concession fee of lands for pasture shall be fixed at 3 euro per acre.
