Abstract
With the present Decree, Presidential Order No. 365/2002 is amended as follows: a) the Annexes II, IV and V are amended according to Annex I to this Decree, in compliance with Commission Directive 2003/47/EC; Annex X is amended according to the provisions of article 3 to this Decree and as shown in Annex II attached to this Decree, in compliance with Commission Directive 2003/46/EC; c) Annex XI (Part A, Chapter V) is replaced by Annex III to this Decree. The amendments regard protective measures against the introduction into the national territory of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the country.
