Abstract
A Decree prescribing restrictive provisions related to use on plants or crops of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing the active chemical substance CARBOFURAN; it also prescribes the mandatory information to be carried on the label of such products: on the label of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing CARBOFURAN must appear the safety interval, referring to the statement of the period which should elapse between the last application of the product and the harvest of plant products (for all eatable cultivation: at least 5 months). The use of such chemical substance in the cultivation of lettuce, chicory, endive, fresh onion, spinach, radish, cucumber, pumpkin and other, is prohibited. It is also prohibited the use of CARBOFURAN in the proximity of surface or groundwaters.
