Abstract
A Decree prescribing restrictive provisions related to use on plants or crops of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing the active chemical substance AZINPHOS METHYL; it also prescribes the mandatory information to be carried on the label of such products: on the label of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing AZINPHOS METHYL must appear the safety interval, referring to the statement of the period which should elapse between the last application of the product and the harvest of plant products (peach-tree: 21 days; olive-tree: 60 days (for olive-trees which are already carrying olives, the application from the 31th of August onward, is prohibited).
