Ministerial Decree No. 112262 establishing the safety interval which should elapse between the last application with DIAZINON and the harvest of plant products.

A Decree prescribing restrictive provisions related to use on plants or crops of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing the active chemical substance DIAZINON; it also prescribes the mandatory information to be carried on the label of such products: on the label of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing DIAZINON must appear the safety interval, referring to the statement of the period which should elapse between the last application of the product and the harvest of plant products (apple-trees: 20 days; olive tree: until half of July; vine: 15 days; citrus trees or fruits: 20 days; cotton- plant, tobacco, corn-plant: 15 days; vegetables and potatoes: for spraying in field cultivation 20 days, for root spraying in field cultivation 30 days, for spraying in green-house cultivation 20 days; rise: 15 days; carrots: 90 days).
