Abstract
A Decree prescribing restrictive provisions related to use on plants or crops of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing METHOMYL; it also prescribes the mandatory information to be carried on the label of such products: on the label of agricultural pharmaceuticals containing METHOMYL must appear the safety interval, referring to the statement of the period which should elapse between the last application of the product and the harvest of plant products. A detailed list of such plants and its relative safety interval, is appended (e.g. tomatoes: 7 days; potatoes, beans, aubergines, etc.: 15 days: vine, tobacco, clover, cotton: 20 days; after the cotton harvest, grazing in cotton fields is prohibited.).
