Abstract
This Decree prohibits the trade for domestic use of wood preservatives containing penta-cloro-phenol. In industrial wood proccessing, the use of such chemical products is allowed only if in compliance with Act No. 721/77 and provided the timber is not used to manufacture products coming into direct contact with man, foodstuffs, drinkable water and animal feed or for constructing greenhouses and recreation grounds (not even in the open air).
