This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 83 dealing with dairy products is amended. More specifically, Part 3 lays down specifications for the definition, preparation, labelling and placing in the market of milk serum-made cheese. "Tyrogala" is the watery liquid that separates from the curd when the milk is clotted (milk serum).
