Ministerial Decree No. 240525 regarding imports of propagative plant material for private or particular use.

Under the necessity of exempting some private entities from the obligation of applying for a trade licence in order to import propagation plant material for private or amateurish use, this Decree -by stretching the requirements of article 3, Act No. 1564/1985- allows such importation. The present Decree makes a list of the entities from which propagative plant material may be obtained without the need of a trade licence.
