Ministerial Decree No. 254/2007 amending article 11 of the Food Code in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/142/EC amending Annex IIIa of Directive 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council listing the ingredients which must under all circumstances appear on the labelling of foodstuffs.

Abstract
Pursuant to Commission Directive 2006/142/EC, this Decree amends article 11 of the Food Code. More specifically, Annex 3A to article 11 of the Food Code is supplemented by including lupin, molluscs and derived products in the list of ingredients which must under all circumstances appear on the labelling of foodstuffs.

Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force after its publication in the Official Gazette. Its provisions shall be enacted in such a way that trade in products that are in conformity with the Decree shall be authorized as from 23 December 2007. Trade in products which are not in conformity with the Decree shall be prohibited, with effect from 23 December 2008. However, products which are not in conformity with the provisions of the Decree and which were labelled before 23 December 2008 shall be authorized until selling out.
