Abstract
The Decree sets out specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, in accordance with Commission Directive 2008/84/EC. The Annex to article 36 is therefore replaced by Annex I of the Directive and the original text of the Annex shall be an integral part of the text of the present Decree. Previously issued provisions related to purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners shall be repealed.
