Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to amend and supplement the Greek legislative frame with the provisions of Commission Directive 96/44/EC relating to the measures to be taken against air pollution by emissions from motor vehicles. With this view, the Annexes to Ministerial Decree No. 28433/2448 of 1992 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decree.
